A visual prototype in one to three days. The actual screens of the system you need, laid out so you can see it rather than imagine it from a deck of slides. -

Prototype and discussion
You click through it, tell us what is wrong and ask whatever you want. This is the cheapest point at which to change your mind, so we would rather you changed it here. -

Contract and deposit
Scope written down, price agreed. You only commit after you have seen what you are buying. -

Build and complete
A working demo every week, and the feedback you give goes in the same week you give it. -

Approve
You test the finished system yourself. Nothing gets deployed until you are happy with it. -

Deploy and launch
Server setup, data migration and go-live. The cutover is planned so your current system stays available right up until the new one is ready to take over. -
